Goods Receipt

This menu makes it possible to add incoming goods in respective bin locations.

We don't have a way to export this macro.

Usage

  1. Add item receipt issues to the list by pressing the  plus.png button and using the interface that shows up.

  2. In the interface, type (number or description) or scan the item that is being received.

  3. Insert the quantity as well as the warehouse it is going into.

  4. Using the helper, find the bin location(s) you wish the item(s) to go to, and press savebutt.png .

  5. Press  addrow.png and, if needed, repeat the process as many times you wish.

  6. Select the incoming items you wish to declare by checking the boxes  check.png on the different lines.

  7. Post the changes by pressing the  save.png  button.

Details

  • Item suggestions show up as soon as at least 3 characters get inserted in the field.

  • When inserting a batch, a helper is displayed to address the existing items. The selected warehouse gets autocompleted in the previous menu.

  • A search bar and a button that checks all items show up if there are many lines of items.


Advanced

  • In the config file you can specify if all the line sshould be posted when no line is checked. (CONFIG.postAllLinesWhenNoneIsChecked)

  • Also, you can specify when the search field and the checkbox to select all items should be shown. (CONFIG.minLines)
