Logging In
Logging in our app becomes easy as you use the same SBO Employee Identity credentials you do in SAP Business One.
As a user, use your regular User ID and Password and login - these can be managed by the user manager in SAP Business One.

If this icon shows, it means the client reached the maximum amount of attempts to reach the application's backend.
This means there is no access to our database.
Check your internet connection.
Check if the SBO.APP.Backend console is running.
Check if you're not selecting anything in the consoles (as doing so pauses them).
Restart the appication.
If none of the above work, the application might not be running properly or the database can be offline.
You can contact us immediately as we'll solve the issue as soon as possible.
